We had the pleasure of working with Annette as both buyers and sellers. She is dedicated to making all of your real estate transactions go as smoothly as possible. When we bought our home with her, we were first time homebuyers. I was amazed by how easy the process was! She makes herself readily available and, best of all, she is personable. When we decided to move to a different area, she helped us sell our home. She was not able to help us buy our new home because it was too far away (not without trying, though) but she was still with us every step of the way. She has become like family to us. Annette is a wonderful asset to the ERA team and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Working with Annette to buy our first home was a great experience. She helped make our home buying process go smoothly with minimal stress (something I don’t think many first-time homebuyers can say). She was very dedicated, made herself available to answer our many questions, and made sure we always understood what the next step would be. Annette was very responsive to the ever changing demands that were placed on this sale. The house was on the market for over a year but she remained in constant contact with me. I had a difficult tenant in the house that made the sale of the home difficult but Annette stuck with me throughout the entire time of having tenant removed. I would recommend her to anyone ever needing a real estate agent.

Where to start in selling a house was an anxiety situation for me. As I began my process I found a familiar face and contacted Annette. Annette graciously accepted a meeting and was a HUGE help in getting started and the entire way through the sale! She may have thought she met two crazy sisters selling a house but we Greatly appreciate everything she did for us! Annette is patient, not pushy, caring, honest, helpful and considerate. If she didn’t know the answer she found it as quick as she could for us and she explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. She gave advice in the home selling process and for life in general. Yes, I’m still making my bed! 🙂 The things that I respect the most about Annette is that she stays true to who she is, she allows God to lead her steps and she makes sure she sets time aside for family! I would highly recommend Annette to a friend who is looking to sell their property. She was extremely helpful sharing her knowledge on what to do in order to get my home ready for sale, because of that It was on the market for only a short amount of time before it sold! Annette Hoover was vary easy to talk to when I felt that things where going on that I could not not control. She would answer any of my questions quickly and to the best of her knowledge. She was very professional working with me being a first time home buyer. She helped me and the seller that had no realtor in any way that she could. I know that I called her when she was out of town on vacation, she still took my call to help me with what I needed. Very very helpful and considerate person and professional!!
